Welcome to Ozync
Ozync gives your business a free booking website so customers can book appointments and join your waitlist online. This guide gets you set up in three short steps.
Get Your Website Link
Every Ozync business comes with a free booking website. Your link looks like:
Find and copy your link:
- Sign in at ozync.com/account
- Go to Site in the sidebar
- Tap "Copy link" next to your site URL
You can change the first part of the address on the same page so it matches your business name. Pick it early and leave it alone — changing it later breaks every place you've already shared the old one.
The older form, ozync.com/your-business-name, still works and always will — so anything you've already printed or listed keeps working.
On the iPad app? You can also grab the link from Settings → Site in the Ozync app.
Add It to Your Google Business Profile
This is the most important step — it's how new customers actually find and book you. When someone searches your business on Google or Google Maps, they'll see a "Website" button that takes them straight to your Ozync booking page.
- Open business.google.com and sign in (or open the Google Maps app and tap your business profile)
- Tap Edit profile → Contact → Website
- Paste your Ozync link
- Save
While you're there, also add it to:
- Your Instagram bio (the only clickable link on your profile)
- Your Facebook page under "Website"
- Your email signature
Don't have a Google Business Profile yet? Create one for free at business.google.com. It's the single biggest source of new customers for local businesses.
Where to See Your Appointments
When a customer books through your link, the appointment shows up in two places:
In the Ozync app — Calendar tab
Open the Ozync app on your iPad, iPhone, or Android device. Tap the Calendar tab to see all your appointments by day, with status, customer name, service, and phone number.
On the web — ozync.com/account
Sign in at ozync.com/account and click Calendar to see appointments from any computer or phone browser. Great for when you're away from the front desk.
Instant notifications
You'll get an email and SMS the moment a customer books, so you never miss one — even if the app is closed.
What's Next
Customize your site — Pick a template, colors, and upload your logo and photos in the site editor, with a live preview as you go.
Add your services — List the services you offer with prices and durations at ozync.com/account/services.
Set your hours — Configure when bookings are allowed in Settings → Availability in the app.
Add staff — Invite team members so multiple people can manage bookings at ozync.com/account/users.
