Two different add-ons
- •Marketing is self-serve: Ozync texts your clients automatically to bring them back. You turn it on yourself.
- •Ozync Media is done for you: a video editor runs your Facebook and Instagram. It's set up through our sales team.
They're separate — Ozync Media doesn't include Marketing, and you can have either one or both.
What Marketing sends
- •Google review request. A few hours after a visit, the client gets a text with your Google review link. Each client only ever gets it once. Link your Google listing on the Google page first.
- •Rebooking reminder. When it's been 4, 6 or 8 weeks (you choose) and they haven't booked, one friendly text with your booking link.
- •Win-back gift card. A client you haven't seen in 8, 12 or 16 weeks gets a one-time discount gift card by text. You pick the amount.
Each one has its own switch on the Marketing page. Clients can reply STOP at any time. Appointment reminders and confirmations aren't part of Marketing — every business has those.
Turn on Marketing
Marketing is an add-on to Pro: $15/month or $150/year per location in the US (local prices elsewhere). It's added to your Pro plan, so there's one bill and one renewal date.
ozync.com: sidebar → Add-ons → Marketing → Add Marketing
In the app: More → Add-ons → Marketing → choose the Pro + Marketing plan
On the free plan, subscribe to Pro first. Subscribed on the web? Add it on ozync.com. Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play? Add it in the app, which switches you to the Pro + Marketing plan in the same subscription.
To stop, remove it from the Marketing page on ozync.com, or switch back to Pro in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
Ozync Media (done for you)
- •A video editor is assigned to you — real people, with AI helping them work faster.
- •They make reels and posts from your photos and videos and post them to your Facebook and Instagram, following what's trending.
- •They promote your gift cards to bring in new clients.
- •Every month you get a report: views and interactions on your videos, compared with how many new clients you got.
