Do I need hardware?

No. Ozync runs on an iPad or Android tablet you already have, guests join from their own phones, and Tap to Pay on iPhone takes card payments with no extra hardware at all.

Ozync hardware is for when you want a device that’s built for the counter — a dedicated check-in kiosk, a real register with a printer and cash drawer, or a TV running your waitlist. Every device arrives already set up for your business: plug it in and it’s working.

  Settings → Hardware, tap a device, tap Request. Requesting is free and nothing is charged in the app.

  We reach out to confirm what you need, shipping, and payment. Nothing ships until you’ve confirmed.

  Plug in and go

  We set each device up for your business before it ships — your account, your branding, the right mode. When it arrives, connect it to power and Wi-Fi and it’s working.
