Overview
Every Ozync account comes with a website — no separate hosting, no domain to buy. It shows your services, hours, and photos, and it's where your Join and Book buttons live.
Everything is edited in one place: ozync.com/site-editor, or Settings → Site in the app.
Your Site Link
Your site lives at a link based on your business name:
your-salon-name.ozync.com
You can change it under Site link in the editor. Shorter is better — this is what goes on business cards, your Google listing, and your Instagram bio.
The older form, ozync.com/your-salon-name, still works and always will. Anything you've already printed or listed keeps working.
Changing your link breaks the old one. Anywhere you've already shared it — Google, Instagram, printed cards — will stop working, so settle on it early and then leave it alone.
Pick a Template
Ten designs, all built for salons. Switching is instant and changes nothing about your services, hours, or bookings — only how the page looks.
- Silk Flow — warm silk video hero, single page (the default)
- Art Deco — matte black & gold, cinematic band
- Botanical — soft paper tones, full-bleed banner
- Cinematic — film-look hero, terracotta accents
- Editorial — magazine layout, watercolour rose
- Quiet Luxe — understated ivory, ink-sprig motion
- Silk Elegance — airy classic, light typography
- Lumière — dark glamour, banner-first hero
- Soft & Joyful — rounded, friendly, pastel
- 3D Butterfly — animated 3D art, dark neon
Try a few. Nothing is lost by switching back.
Make It Yours
Logo
Shown in your site header, and used as the icon on the browser tab. A square image with a transparent or plain background works best.
Hero image
The big picture at the top. Use a wide, landscape photo — a shot of your space usually beats a close-up. There's a separate Hero image (phone) slot for a taller crop, since a wide photo loses its subject on a narrow screen.
Theme colours
Each template ships with a palette you can adjust to match your branding.
Tagline & About
One line under your name, and a short paragraph about the salon. Keep the tagline to a handful of words — it sits over the hero image.
Instagram handle
Adds a follow link to your site footer. It's the same handle used on your TV display and on the page guests see after they join or book.
When guests book
Controls what your site's main button does — join the walk-in list, book an appointment, or both.
What Fills In Automatically
You don't edit these on the website — they come from your app, and the site updates itself:
- •Services and prices — from Settings → Services
- •Business hours — from your business settings
- •Staff — from Settings → Staff, if your template shows them
- •Address and phone — from your business profile
Raise a price in the app and your website shows the new one. There's nothing to re-publish.
Getting Found
A website nobody links to won't bring you guests. The single highest-value thing you can do is add your link to your Google Business Profile — that's where people search for salons near them.
Step-by-step instructions are in the Getting Started guide. After that: your Instagram bio, and anywhere you already list your business.
Troubleshooting
I uploaded a hero image but the site looks the same
Some templates lead with a built-in video instead of a photo, and the video takes priority. Try a template whose hero is banner-first — Botanical or Lumière — or contact support and we'll switch your hero over.
My services aren't showing
Check that services are turned on in your app and that each one is marked to show on your website. Services with no category can also be hidden by some templates.
Changes aren't appearing
Refresh the page. On a phone, pull down to reload. If you just changed your site link, make sure you're visiting the new one.
Can I use my own domain?
Not directly today. If you already own a domain, you can point it at your Ozync link with a redirect through your domain provider — email support@ozync.com and we'll help.
My site says it's temporarily unavailable
Your first 100 guests are free; after that, the site (and the kiosk, QR code, and app) pause until you subscribe. Subscribe from your account and the site comes back automatically — nothing is lost. See Plans & Billing.
