The walk-in line
- Check-in in ten seconds: phone number, service, artist. Returning clients are recognised and skip the details.
- Each artist has her own queue, shown on the waiting-room TV, so the client waiting for Priya is not called for Sam.
- A text when it is their turn, so the line can be in the car park or the coffee shop next door.
- A QR sign and NFC tap sticker at the door for clients who would rather join from their phone.
- A language picker on the kiosk: English, Spanish, Vietnamese and more.
Waivers for the services that need them
Lamination and tint waivers ask about allergies, previous reactions, pregnancy and skin conditions; microblading needs a longer consent with photo permission and aftercare. In Ozync each waiver is linked to the services that need it, so a threading client is never asked to sign anything and a lamination client cannot skip it. Signed on the kiosk or on the client's phone, filed as a PDF on her record, emailed to you both.
Booked services with a deposit
Microblading is a two-hour slot and a no-show hurts. Online booking on your Ozync site takes a deposit, flat or a percentage, on the last step, with your cancellation policy and a box the client must tick. The deposit comes off the bill at checkout, and the touch-up is booked from the same page.
Keeping them on a cycle
- Rebooking reminder by text at four or six weeks, the brow cycle, with your booking link (Marketing add-on).
- Google review request the evening after the visit, once per client (Marketing add-on).
- A wallet pass in your colour with visits and loyalty progress: every sixth shaping free, issued automatically.
- Gift cards sold from your site, redeemed at checkout.
Kiosks, mall units and multiple locations
Brow bars in malls run the kiosk on an iPad stand with no front desk at all, and the TV queue on a small screen above it. Chains with several units see all of them on one dashboard, with a shared wallet pass and gift cards and a separate line at each.
