What is included
- Self check-in kiosk on any iPad or Android tablet, QR code and NFC tap signs.
- Walk-in waitlist with per-stylist queues and a text or WhatsApp when it is their turn.
- TV waitlist display for Fire TV, Samsung, LG and any screen with a browser.
- Digital waivers, signed on the kiosk or the client's phone.
- Online booking with deposits, a cancellation policy and promo codes, and your own website with ten templates.
- Card payments: Tap to Pay on iPhone, an Ozync terminal, or your Square or Clover. No monthly POS fee.

Add-ons

Hardware is optional
Ozync runs on the iPad or Android tablet you already have, and the TV display runs on a $30 Fire TV Stick or the TV's own browser. If you would rather we ship a ready-to-go kiosk stand, a TV stick, a card terminal or a register with a printer and cash drawer, each is a one-time purchase, never a lease and never required. Card processing is Stripe's rate plus 20¢, or your own Square or Clover rate with nothing added.
What counts as a client
Every walk-in added to your waitlist, from the kiosk, a QR sign, your website or by staff, and every appointment booked online or in the app. The count runs over the life of your business, not per month. A quiet shop can stay free for months; a busy one passes 100 in its first week. Ozync checks once a night, so you are never cut off mid-shift, and nothing is ever deleted: subscribe and everything comes straight back.
How we compare
Booking marketplaces charge a monthly fee and then a commission on the clients they send you. The suites charge a base plan, then add-ons for forms, marketing and a register, plus a monthly POS fee. Ozync is one flat price with the walk-in tools the others do not have: the kiosk, the TV queue, waivers, and a flat fee for the AI receptionist.
