The service picker that matches your menu
Gel, dip, acrylic full set, fill, pedicure, art: each service on the kiosk carries its duration and price from your menu, so the estimated wait is honest and the tech knows what's coming before the client sits. Categories keep the list short, and the client sees the price before she joins.
Per-tech queues
Clients with a favorite tech pick her at check-in and wait in her line; everyone else takes First available. Each tech sees her own queue on her phone, the TV shows the whole room, and the front desk can move someone between lines when a tech runs late.
Waivers and sanitation questions
First-time clients sign your waiver on the kiosk: allergies, skin conditions, acrylic sensitivity, whatever your form asks. It's stored on their record and they aren't asked again. Check-in questions can ask the quick ones every visit.
The waiting room
The TV display shows the queue by name, with today's appointments alongside, in a theme that matches the salon. Clients see how many are ahead and get a text when it's their turn, so the chairs by the door stop being a holding pen.
