Check-in in ten seconds
The join form asks for a name and a phone number and, if you want, the service. That's it. A single name field, big buttons, and a language picker for studios where clients speak Spanish, Vietnamese or Hindi. The client is on the list before the door closes behind her.
- Single name field, phone optional or required, service picker on or off.
- Language picker on the form, separate from the language your staff use in the app.
- Returning clients are recognized by phone number, so their history is on the row.
- Token mode: a printed ticket number instead of a name, for studios that prefer it.
The queue on the TV
A threading waiting room is small and full. The TV shows the list by name, so clients see they're fourth and sit down instead of standing at the counter. Appointments show alongside, and the estimated wait keeps it honest.
Waivers for tinting, lamination and lashes
Tinting, brow lamination, henna and lash services need a signed consent with the allergy questions answered. Ozync asks for it on the kiosk only for the services that need it, stores the signed copy on the client's record, and never asks a returning client twice.
Appointments and your website
Most threading is walk-in, but lamination and microblading are booked. Your website at yourname.ozync.com lists every service with its price and a Book button, in a theme made for brow studios. Bookings land on the same list as walk-ins.
Multiple locations
Threading chains are common: two or three mall locations under one owner. Ozync manages them from one login, each with its own kiosk, TV, staff and reports, and one daily recap email covering all of them.
Pricing
Ozync is free for your first 100 clients, no card required. After that it is $15 a month billed annually or $20 month to month, flat. The kiosk, the waitlist, the TV display, texts, waivers, online booking and your website are all included; there are no per-booking fees, no marketplace commission and no per-device fees.
