Where they differ
NextMe's plans and features change; check nextmeapp.com for the current tiers. Checked 31 October 2026. The point is scope: NextMe is the line, built for any business and priced by texts and seats; Ozync is the salon's front desk with the line inside it, priced flat.

What a salon needs around the line
- A client who waited for Maria gets Maria. Per-stylist queues are the default, not a configuration.
- The waiver for a colour, wax or lash service comes up at check-in and is signed on the kiosk.
- Mark her served and the checkout opens: services, tip, card, text receipt.
- She books her next visit on your website, with a deposit if you want one, and it lands in the same list as the walk-ins.
- Her visits, signed forms and payments are one client record, and a wallet pass in your colour.
What NextMe does that Ozync doesn't
NextMe serves lines Ozync does not: events and pop-ups, restaurants, clinics, dispensaries, government counters. Its virtual waiting room is a branded page where a guest can see her place in line and browse a menu, a promotion or a pre-order while she waits, and its custom plan covers one-time events and integrations. If you are not a salon, barbershop, spa or studio, NextMe is probably the better fit. Ozync is salon software, and says so.
Moving over
- 1Create your business in Ozync and add your services, staff and hours, about ten minutes. Import your client list from a CSV export.
- 2Put the kiosk on a tablet at the door and the TV display on the wall; walk-ins are handled from day one.
- 3Publish your Ozync website and point your Instagram and Google Business Profile booking link at it.
- 4Keep your old account live until the bookings have moved; nothing in Ozync depends on cancelling it.
