Check-in that fits a waxing menu
- Services grouped the way your menu is: face, body, Brazilian, men's, with prices and times. Clients pick one or several.
- Pick your esthetician, or first available. Each esthetician has her own queue, so a client waiting for Maria is not called for Ana.
- New-client details once: name, phone, how they heard about you. Returning clients are recognised by phone number and skip it.
- A text when the room is ready, so nobody has to sit in a packed waiting area.
Consent waivers, signed before the room
Waxing needs a consent form: skin conditions, retinoids and other medications, recent sun or peels, pregnancy, allergies. In Ozync the waiver comes up at check-in for the services that need it, the client answers your questions and signs with a finger, and the signed PDF goes on her record and to your email. A returning client is not asked again until you change the text. Clients who book online sign on their phone before they arrive.
Flag answers you care about: an esthetician sees 'on Accutane' on the client's row before she picks up the wax.
Appointments and deposits for the long services
Walk-ins for brows and lips, appointments for full-body and bridal. Online booking on your Ozync website takes a deposit, a flat fee or a percentage, on the last step, and your cancellation policy is on the form with a box the client must tick. The deposit comes off the bill at checkout.
Bringing them back
- A text with your Google review link the evening after a visit, once per client (Marketing add-on).
- A rebooking reminder at four or six weeks, which is exactly a wax cycle (Marketing add-on).
- Packages: five Brazilians for the price of four, sold online or at the counter, redeemed by phone number.
- Memberships billed monthly through your Stripe account, with a percentage off or included visits.
- A wallet pass in your colour showing visits, gift balance and next appointment.
Multiple rooms, multiple locations
Each esthetician is a queue and each location is its own account under one login. A chain of waxing studios sees every location on one dashboard, shares gift cards, coupons and the wallet pass across the group, and keeps a separate waitlist and TV at each door.
