Appointment check-in
- 1The client types her phone number on the kiosk. Ozync finds today's appointment and shows it.
- 2The intake form and consent for that treatment come up if she has not signed the current version: medical history, medications, pregnancy, allergies, contraindications, photo consent.
- 3She answers, signs with a finger, and is marked arrived. Her therapist gets the notification; the front desk never touched it.
- 4The signed PDF, with every answer and the time, is on her record and emailed to you both.
Intake forms that fit the treatment
A massage intake is not a laser consent. Ozync keeps as many waiver templates as you need, each linked to the service categories it covers, so a facial client answers skin questions and a laser client signs the laser consent, and nobody signs the wrong one. Change the text and clients sign the new version on their next visit; old signed copies stay as they were.
Answers you flag show on the client's row before the treatment starts, so 'pregnant' or 'on blood thinners' is never a surprise in the room.
Express services as walk-ins
Express facials, brow and lash services, a quick massage chair: the same kiosk takes walk-ins into a waitlist, per therapist or first available, with a text when the room is ready and the queue on a TV in the lounge if you want it.
Deposits, memberships and packages
- A deposit on the last step of online booking, flat or a percentage, with your cancellation policy and a box the client must tick.
- Memberships billed monthly or yearly through your Stripe account: a percentage off, included treatments each month, or both.
- Packages, six facials for the price of five, sold online or at the desk and redeemed by phone number.
- Gift cards sold from your website and at the desk, with the balance on the client's wallet pass.
Discretion and records
Intake answers and signed forms live on the client record, visible to staff with the right role; a therapist sees her own clients, the owner sees everyone, and nobody sees revenue without the dashboard role. Records are never deleted, and every signed form keeps the full text as it was on the day.
