Where they differ
Zenoti's plans and features change; check zenoti.com for the current details. Checked 31 October 2026. The honest summary: Zenoti does more, for a bigger business, at a price you get from a sales call. Ozync does the part a single salon uses every day, at a flat price, with nobody to call.

Who should choose Ozync
- A single salon, barbershop, braiding, threading or waxing studio where the owner is also the front desk and wants to be set up this afternoon.
- A small chain of two to ten locations that wants the same kiosk, queue, booking and checkout in every shop, one login, and a bill it can read.
- A shop where walk-ins matter: the kiosk at the door, the per-stylist queue on the TV and the text when it's their turn are the core of Ozync, not a module.
- An owner who wants to keep the Square or Clover she already has for cards.
Who should stay with Zenoti
A brand with many locations, a corporate team, payroll and commissions run through the software, inventory with purchase orders, rooms and equipment to schedule, and the budget for enterprise onboarding and a success manager. Zenoti is built for that, and Ozync is not. Ozync has no payroll, no commission engine, no room scheduling, no public API and no dedicated account team. If those are on your list, this is not your alternative.
Moving over
- 1Create your business in Ozync and add your services, staff and hours, about ten minutes. Import your client list from a CSV export.
- 2Put the kiosk on a tablet at the door and the TV display on the wall; walk-ins are handled from day one.
- 3Publish your Ozync website and point your Instagram and Google Business Profile booking link at it.
- 4Keep your old account live until the bookings have moved; nothing in Ozync depends on cancelling it.
