Who should choose Ozync
- A salon, barbershop, waxing, lash, brow, threading or tattoo studio where clients book a stylist for a service, and walk-ins are part of the day.
- A day spa or med spa that wants the intake form and consent signed on the kiosk at check-in, and memberships billed monthly.
- An owner who wants a price she can read, no demo, and a setup she does herself in an afternoon.
- A small chain that wants the same kiosk, queue, booking and checkout in every location under one login.
Who should stay with Mindbody
A gym, yoga or Pilates studio, or any business that sells classes, course enrollments and spots in a room. Mindbody schedules classes, rooms and resources, runs a consumer marketplace, builds branded apps and integrates with a hundred other tools; Ozync does none of those. A franchise with corporate controls and a sales relationship is also Mindbody's customer, not Ozync's.
Moving over
- 1Create your business in Ozync and add your services, staff and hours, about ten minutes. Import your client list from a CSV export.
- 2Put the kiosk on a tablet at the door and the TV display on the wall; walk-ins are handled from day one.
- 3Publish your Ozync website and point your Instagram and Google Business Profile booking link at it.
- 4Keep your old account live until the bookings have moved; nothing in Ozync depends on cancelling it.
